Mussle man and Hight five

most commonly refers to Mitch Sorrenstein, a green, strong, prank-loving groundskeeper from the cartoon Regular Show, known for his catchphrase "My Mom!" and best friend Hi-Five Ghost, but the term can also refer to bodybuilders, wax figures of muscles, or even a Japanese manga/toy line. The Regular Show character (voiced by Sam Marin) is a central figure, initially a comedic antagonist who evolves, often dealing with his insecurities and family life. 

Hi Five Ghost (also known as HFG or Fives) is one of the main characters in Regular Show.

Working at the park alongside his best friend, Muscle Man, Hi Five Ghost tended to be much quieter than his co-workers, though grew more talkative over time. He is identified as the most logical member of the park.
